Luxière Return Policy

At Luxière, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return:

Contact us at info@luxiere.nl to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@luxiere.nl.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union Customers

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – with tags and in the original packaging – and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
